Structural steel fabrication is the process of cutting, bending, shaping, and assembling steel to create different products. The fabrication can produce various steel sections which can be assembled to create mega structures like buildings, industrial equipment, tools, stairs etc.
What We do
After the structural designing, costing, preparation of shop drawings, and other relevant preliminary technical works depending on the project, our team of fabricators are tasked under close supervision of the highly experienced construction managers and structural engineers to embark on the fabrication of the structural steel which majorly includes (but not limited to):

Reading the shop drawings and marking the material ready for Fabrication
Our fabricators cut structural steel by shearing, sawing or chiseling with the use of tools such as laser cutters, plasma torches, and water jets.
Structural steel is ductile which makes it easy to hammer them and bend them. This is either done manually or machine powered.
Drilling, beveling, aligning & welding:
Depending of the specific task requirements the steel is then machined and worked on with precision following specifications in the shop drawings.
This is the process where various fabricated steel sections are assembled to form complete structures where applicable to ensure as a technical cross- check measure.
